I'm Andrew. I'm a psychotherapist based in Canberra.
I work with adults who are feeling overwhelmed, unfulfilled or disconnected, often in the middle of life’s messier chapters. My approach is calm, grounded and trauma-informed, with a focus on helping you reconnect with yourself and create meaningful change.
About
I work with adults quietly navigating burnout, overwhelm, or emotional fatigue while holding together careers, relationships, and responsibility.
My style is calm, grounded, and trauma-informed.
Who I Work With
I support adults who are holding it all together on the outside but feeling stretched, anxious, disconnected, or unsure of themselves.
Many of my clients are navigating burnout, neurodivergence, relationship strain, or identity shifts. They are often deep thinkers, quiet carers, or people who feel like they've spent too long surviving instead of living.
My Approach
My style is warm, reflective, and relational. I use the Conversational Model, an evidence based psychodynamic therapy that supports long term change by strengthening emotional connection to yourself and others.
Psychotherapy offers a space to explore what’s going on beneath the surface. Not just the symptoms, but the patterns, experiences, and emotions that shape your life.
It’s a collaborative process centred on reflection, understanding, and emotional connection. Therapy is not about being fixed. It’s about feeling seen, heard, and supported as you make sense of your inner world.
