Out of suffering have emerged the strongest souls.
— Kahlil Gibran

I came to psychotherapy after many years working as a speech pathologist.

What drew me to both professions was a curiosity about people. How we make sense of ourselves, how our relationships shape us, and how experiences from the past continue to influence the present.

Alongside psychotherapy, I continue to practise as a speech pathologist, and that dual experience has shaped the way I listen and think about change. It has taught me how people adapt in order to cope, how difficult it can be to ask for help, and how much of our inner world can remain hidden beneath the surface.

In therapy, my aim is to create a space where we can slow down, reflect, and make sense of what is happening in your life. Together, we explore the patterns, relationships, and experiences that may be contributing to distress and limiting your ability to live more freely.
