Out of suffering have emerged the strongest souls.
— Kahlil Gibran

This isn’t a page about credentials. It’s about what shaped the way I work. My path into psychotherapy grew out of years of working closely with people, first as a speech pathologist and now as a psychotherapist.

I work with adults who often feel like they are holding it all together on the outside while struggling quietly beneath the surface. Navigating stress, identity shifts, neurodivergence, or simply feeling disconnected from themselves.

My role is to create a space where you can slow down, reflect, and reconnect without pressure, pretence, or having to explain yourself.

Alongside psychotherapy, I continue to practise as a speech pathologist, and that dual experience shapes my work. It has taught me how to listen beyond words, how early experiences shape adult relationships, and how difficult it can be to ask for help after years of masking or coping alone.

In our sessions, we will explore what is happening beneath the surface. Making sense of patterns, stories, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck, and working towards clarity, calm, and meaningful change.
