Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and make sense of what is happening beneath the surface. Rather than focusing only on symptoms or solutions, we explore the experiences, emotions, and relationships that shape the way you see yourself and others.

I use the Conversational Model, a psychodynamic psychotherapy grounded in neuroscience, attachment theory, and developmental psychology. Rather than focusing on techniques or worksheets, the work centres on understanding your experience and using the therapeutic relationship as a catalyst for change.

Together, we’ll explore the emotional experiences that may feel confusing, painful, or hard to name. This might include:

  • feeling responsible for others’ needs while neglecting your own

  • difficulty setting boundaries without guilt

  • chronic self doubt, people pleasing, or emotional withdrawal

  • uncertainty around identity or worth

  • a sense of being “too much” or “not enough”

My role is to offer a steady, curious, and compassionate presence as we work towards a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships.

Sessions are 50 minutes and offered in person or online.

My approach is neurodivergent-affirming, inclusive, and grounded in both lived experience and clinical training.
