Therapy with me is not about quick solutions or surface-level advice. It’s a space to slow down, reflect, and work through the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, often ones formed early in life or reinforced by past relationships and roles.

I use the Conversational Model, a psychodynamic psychotherapy grounded in neuroscience, attachment theory, and developmental psychology. It’s an evidence-based approach that supports deep emotional change over time—not through techniques or worksheets, but through the relationship itself.

Together, we’ll explore the emotional experiences that may feel confusing, painful, or hard to name. This might include:

  • feeling responsible for others’ needs while neglecting your own

  • difficulty setting boundaries without guilt

  • chronic self-doubt, people-pleasing, or emotional shutdown

  • uncertainty around identity or worth

  • a sense of being “too much” or “not enough”

My role is to offer a steady, curious, and compassionate presence so you can begin to understand yourself more clearly and connect with parts of you that may have been hidden or pushed aside.

Sessions are 50 minutes and offered in person or online.
My approach is neurodivergent affirming, inclusive, and grounded in both lived experience and clinical training.
